Please I'm so hurt by the amount of money I lost, I wouldn't want no one else to go through this situation. There are so many other furniture stores with better quality then Z Gallerie. Please please stay away from this company. This was the biggest mistake and I lost so much money and time with company. I asked them to deliver to the store and I will pick it up to avoid delivery fee but they refused. They were only willing to cancel if I paid 50% restocking fee for something that they didn't even start yet! Then I finally got them to cancel some items and made me pay 50% for one item, I kept the swivel chair which they claim was completed but won't be delivered until March 2023 and I have to pay $200 delivery fee for a small chair. I told them to cancel other items and I'll pay for the one they started on which was a swivel chair. Then mysteriously the vendor started working on my order 2 days ago but it still will take them additional 26 weeks to deliver furniture. So I told them I would want to cancel and get full refund. They initially told me shipping was 22 weeks then after checking in on my order a month later, they told me it would be an additional ***** weeks. If I can give zero stars I would! This business is so horrible and unethical. They have put me through so much stress the past 2 ********** have spent a total of about 3 hours on the phone w/ these ********** work on commission, so I have lost ************ have caused me major stress! At the very least the manager, **************** couldve made the situation better by issuing me a refund for the discontinued items as well as the shipping fees which I was promised. Horrible customer service! He told me I will not get a refund for the shipping fees when I was promised to get the refund by 2 people already. He frustrated me to the point where I cannot even describe. His name was **************** and he said he has the highest level ************** no one else to speak with. Today I spoke w/ a representative named *****, and after being on the phone for about 45 min & no resolution, she transferred me to a manager. Again, *** assured me that I would get her refund for shipping charges for BOTH orders. *** also assured me that I would get a refund for the shipping charges for both of my orders (I had 2 separate orders going on, which both of them they have dropped the ball on). I spoke w/ a representative named *** a few days ago & she assured me that my items would be shipped out to me asap. I spent a lot of time searching for these items, purchasing them & paid for them! They did not even send me any notifications regarding all of this! I have called regarding this same issue & gotten different responses from 3 different representatives. I was told that some of the items are on backorder till mid December (I ordered at the end of August)! As far as some of the other items, I was told that they are completely discontinued. So I decided to call to follow up & see whats going on w/ my order. I have waited 2 months for my items to arrive. They are selling items that are no longer available discontinued. This is more than one time that I am having a horrible experience with Z Gallerie.
